Oilennium

Oilennium specialise in creating high quality, bespoke, blended learning systems for the energy sector. This is done through the production of blended learning programs; classroom and e-learning based. Oilennium was established in 2000 to assist clients with a range of development issues. The company soon became known for their bespoke training courses and the business has developed so that they now provide courses in a wide range of subjects for the energy sector including, Drilling, Health & Safety, Pipelines, and Software amongst many others.

In a previous company, I used Tips for Good Management to assist us to turn around what was a failing company. What they helped us to achieve was truly incredible; we developed processes, teamwork, solved equipment and resource problems and most importantly made a profit from a substantial loss situation. We turned planned layoffs into new hires, empty order books to healthy ones – and all in a mere 10 months. All of the training paid for itself within 4 weeks. Needless to say, now as the managing director of another company, I still work with Julian and his team!
