We recently trialled a new 1 day training programme with Clays, which offers the learners a chance to study for a Chartered Management Institute qualification. The training was designed to cover large elements of the Level 3 Award in Principles of Management and Leadership, as well as giving the learners the knowledge and skills to help them become better managers and leaders and address their every day challenges.
The course was a huge success and we were delighted that every single learner passed their qualification at the first time of asking! As you can see from the photo, the learners were pretty chuffed too!
