We’re kicking off the first of 2 back-to-back Leadership days with our friends at Baxter this week and hoping to lead by example… 🙌🏻

Who is your favourite leader and what is it about them that you believe makes them great? You can choose from anyone you like, be it fact or fictional, living or dead. Our choice is the heroic Autobot Leader; Optimus Prime.

He inspires his followers by letting them know he cares about them. He communicates directly and honestly with them and he also knows when to listen and willingly accepts feedback.

In fact, you could say there’s a lot more to this leader than meets the eye! 😉
