It was the perfect ending to a brilliant course, as delegates of Baxter Healthcare completed their ‘Communicating With Confidence’ programme. The tailor made training, requested by Baxter, specialised in aspiring Team leaders and front line staff who have a responsibility to monitor the work of others. The aim being to give the participants the knowledge and skills to communicate confidently and effectively in a wide range of situations. Over the course of the programme the delegates learned about understanding the real nature of communication and learning how to use the correct approach for maximum impact. How to communicate information so that it is understood, retained and acted on. Understood the reasons behind poor performance and learnt methods available to address them positively. Understood the different behaviours that people display and how to handle them.
