Baxter’s Best Bursting with Pride!

Our class of 2017, pose proudly with their certificates after having achieved their Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Qualification Level 3 Award in Management & Leadership. The qualification followed a 6 month long training programme with the Team Leaders of Baxter Healthcare. The course focused on empowering the delegates, managing people and engaging with teams, including aspects of leadership, personal effectiveness, organisational skills, decision making and planning. Having all successfully ‘graduated’ from the course, the final piece of the jigsaw was to complete their CMI assignment, using the knowledge and skills they have learnt from the training. Sure enough with a little support along the way, we are pleased to say every single candidate passed with flying colours! Our huge congratulations to the 2017 class of Baxter Healthcare.
