Course Aim
The aim of this 1/2 day session on Coaching is to give you the knowledge and skills to have informal, real time coaching conversations with people about their performance. As well as general coaching skills, this training course is about promoting a style of management behavior that can be inclusive and collaborative, rather than a command and control approach.
