Assertiveness’ is confidently putting forward your views and expressing clearly your rights whilst recognising the rights of others.” When we put our rights before others, we are said to be aggressive, when we put the rights of others before our own, we are said to be passive. The key is finding the right balance in order to become an assertive person.
In this course we will look at what assertiveness means and the behaviours that demonstrate being passive, aggressive or assertive. We will also look at how self-limiting beliefs can affect you, both at home and in the workplace. In this module we will learn:
