Founded in 1971, PSS are at the forefront of UK power steering and hydraulic product suppliers. They are a leading manufacturer and remanufacturer of truck, bus, coach, van, off-highway and 4wd steering products, and are a major force in the hydraulics aftermarket. PSS have full in-house and state-of-the-art production facilities and their workforce contains some of the UK’s leading power steering and hydraulic engineers.

We asked TIPS to provide our Management Team, at quite short notice, with some specialised training in how to deliver Performance Appraisal Reviews. The dedicated one-day programme that was put together specially for us, and was delivered in-house, more than met our requirements. It was an exceptionally well-delivered, easily digestible and totally interactive session that ensured that everyone benefited fully.
