We spend a lifetime learning things, but when was the last time we stopped to think about how we learn?...
You might be surprised about how much of our natural learning ability is unwittingly damaged or suppressed by the very educational system that was designed to ‘teach’ us!
In this fascinating introductory workshop run by Carl Hammond of TIPS for Good Management and in association with The Brain Friendly Learning Group Norfolk, we will reveal how to deliver ‘Brain Friendly’ Training that sticks! Including; memory techniques, training games and those things that influence our sensory perceptions, like food, music and even aromas!
This highly interactive session will feature many techniques TIPS have developed over the years
and use in our every day to day training and development practice. The same methods which also helped us to win the highly coveted UK National Training Award two years in a row!
Believe it or not, all of these fun and engaging methods do serve a purpose, as they hold the key to really unlocking the hidden learning potential of not only ourselves, but also your people. The result being you and your learners will absorb and retain more information far longer when adopting these ideas.
We will show you many different ways to engage your brain to create a more natural way to learn, but most importantly whilst having fun doing so! It’s a fact we learn more when we are having fun, as you can see from the image above! 🙂
The ever popular BFLG ‘Learning Clinic’ also returns as part of the session. This is your chance to pick the brains of experts as well as share your own knowledge. An invaluable part of any BFLG training.
Includes a light lunch & a selection of ‘Brain Friendly Bites!’ especially provided to help enhance your learning experience, as well as boost your brain power!
