The Money Centre worked with Julian to come up with a framework for the company culture that could be rolled out to all staff. Julian provided invaluable help and guidance, without being prescriptive, which resulted in several initiatives to improve communication in particular. We also worked together on an assessment for team leaders and a training programme for our sales consultants. This training was even attended by some of our self employed consultants who had to fund the cost themselves – this is testimony to how successful the training was.

.The session has enhanced my understanding of business risk and the management of appropriate controls. Overall, the TIPS course has been useful and I hope to employ some of the techniques in my day to day work.

Julian and I have worked together on a number of training projects for the last 10 years in both my current organisation and my previous one. Baxter, Thetford has been sponsoring the TIPS courses since 2012, with over 150 people from the organisation having taken part over the past four years. The initiative was first championed by Helena Weldon, Human Resources Manager, who had worked with TIPS for Good Management for several years before joining Baxter. The Baxter Team Leaders study for a formal qualification, in this case a Level 3 Award in Team Leading.
